Mission
Our PTA sponsors after-school enrichment classes to meet the needs of our students for in-depth exploration of subjects, ideas, and activities, not covered within the regular school day. We’re proud to work with the school staff, volunteers, and students to provide exemplary after-school learning opportunities in a safe, well-supported environment.
How this works
Find your classes in the Course Catalog, and then Register for them. You can register for multiple classes at a time, but only one child at a time. On the Registration page, you filter the classes by Day and Grade.
You’ll receive an email once you have registered. Save that email – it will have a link to your personal page that always has your latest registration status, class dates, and other helpful reminders
If you know someone that does not have access to a computer, or needs help filling out these forms, please contact the Cool Spring ES front office.
Policies
Financial aid: If you have been pre-approved to receive financial aid by the Parent Liaison, Victoria Sanchez Zuloeta, you are eligible to receive one free class per child. Please email Jackie before registering to confirm whether you are eligible and she will issue you with a coupon code to use during registration. Please make sure you complete the registration and that you check the boxes on the ‘financial aid’ section of the registration process.

Refunds: If a class is canceled due to low enrollment, parents will receive a full refund. If a parent decides to cancel, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis – please contact coolspringpta@gmail.com with requests.
Behavior: Participation in after school enrichment is optional. If students are unable to follow the rules and policies of Cool Spring Elementary they will be asked to no longer participate.
Dismissal: Parents must park in the lot, enter the school building and proceed to the classroom to sign out your student. CASA/YMCA Students will be released to the cafeteria/gym. Walkers will be dismissed by the instructor.
